Wanted for crimes in two other states – it was his shoplifting problem that finally threw him jail.
On Monday, the managers at the Market Basket in Salem, New Hampshire apprehended a 46-year-old dumb criminal for shoplifting shrimp from their store. It was found that he was the one responsible for the disappearance of frozen shrimp four other times this month ($500 worth).

In a small town in Pennsylvania, a dumb bank robber sat in his car for about 20 minutes preparing to rob 
the Citizens & Northern Bank. At 12:01 p.m. he jumped out of his car wearing an orange ski mask and carrying a shotgun.
