These ladies were running a serious operation. So serious, in fact, that people were actually taking orders from them (HSN – The Home Shoplifting Network). But like all stupid criminals, they eventually got caught. Their business had all the basics of a well thought-out business plan – they factored in supply and demand and even had a mission statement: “Shop(lift) ’till you drop”.

Shoplifters Getting Their Mugshot Displayed At Mall

District Attorney Daniel Donovan of Staten Island, NY is making sure that stupid shoplifters are embarrassed for their crimes. Mugshots of convicted thieves that have utilized the five finger discount are being displayed in public at the Staten Island Mall. Since January, the mall has banned 250 shoplifters and is trying to deter any potential thieves from stealing from the Mall’s stores this Christmas season.
