Several reports of a drunk Santa in Sparta Wisconsin had local police officers searching for the impostor ( Santa had been stumbling around the neighborhood and asking kids where his reindeer were). Police caught up with him and charged him having an open alcohol container in the car he was in and his driver (a drunk elf) was charged with DUI.
Celebrities like to drink and drive – take Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys for example. In March of 2005, Carter was pulled over after a traffic violation in California and the police officer suspected that he had been drinking. Carter couldn’t walk a straight line in his sobriety test (and his dance moves were not impressing the officer).
He was taken into custody and booked into the Huntington Beach City Jail. Assistant District Attorney Ted Burnett said that Carter was charged with one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving with a blood alcohol level above 0.08. (Why wasn’t he driving on the “Backstreet” to avoid getting caught?)
After the incident, Carter released a statement that said,”Nick Carter deeply regrets the current situation. He is on doctor-prescribed medication and was unaware of its interaction possibilities.” (He’s either still drunk or really likes to talk about himself in the 3rd person).
In this stupid criminal video, the caller dials 911 to report a drunk driver she spots on the road. The drunk driver was her. “The idiot driving the car I’m in is all over the road and must be drunk – I better call 911!”
