Domestic Burger Battery

25 year old Daniel Boss from Port St. Lucie Florida needed to eat. His stomach had been growling and now it was dinner time. His only problem was that his wife wanted to argue and start a fight. He called her a bad name, she called him a bad name and so on until their dinner time no longer resembled their wonderful full-course meal at their wedding reception.

Things got out of hand when his wife poured her can of pop on Boss’s hamburger (and that’s a crime right there – isn’t it?). He responded with the only logical reaction he could think of for a pop to burger attack – he grabbed the sandwich and . . .

rubbed it in her face. His wife reported the incident to police and Boss was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge. (Maybe you train your dog by rubbing it’s face in the carpet after a potty accident – but not your wife with a ketchup, mustard, lettuce and onion Whopper to the face!).
