Stupid Criminal Checks Facebook In Victim’s Home

Back on August 28th, a stupid criminal named Jonathan Parker from Pennsylvania broke into a home to steal and make a little burglary profit.  He found two rings valued at more than $3,500 and quickly stuck them in his pocket.  While still in the home, he saw the victim’s computer and the temptation to log onto his Facebook account was just too irresistible – so he did (and probably played a little FarmTown in the process).

When the homeowner arrived to the residence, she immediately found the signs of a window break-in and called police.  She then discovered that the moronic burglar had turned her computer on and had logged into his Facebook account – and had not signed-off (now that’s what you call a “Smooth Criminal“!).

After his quick arrest, it was later learned that the homeowner and Parker were connected through acquaintances and had even asked some of his friends to go on the burglary with him (and probably posted it to all his friends on Facebook).  He still is in police custody and is facing one to ten years prison time the brilliant crime job.

Chris Jericho & Greg Helms Mug Shot

Chris Jericho & Greg Helms Mug Shot

Chris Jericho and fellow WWE wrestler Gregory “Hurricane” Helms were arrested at a Kentucky gas station around 5 a.m. on Wednesday (January 27, 2010).

Police responded to a 911 call from a cab driver about men fighting in his cab.   Police reported that once they arrived at the gas station where the cab driver pulled into, they learned that Helms had struck Jericho – along with two other passengers in the cab (one of which was fellow WWE wrestler Matt Hardy and the other one was a female).

Witnesses say that Helms took off running (so did Hardy) after the cab stopped.  Helms came back to the scene (I guess Hardy had to walk home or something).  Jericho and Helms where arrested and booked at the Kenton County Jail for charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place – it was there that this mug shot was taken (and later obtained by TMZ.com).  They were both released on $120 bond (the drunken fool fund must really be overflowing in Kentucky).

Earlier that night, the WWE taped their popular “Smackdown” fake wrestling show in Cincinnati, Ohio at the U.S. Bank Arena – only 20 miles from where Jericho and Helms were arrested.  (The alcohol impaired their judgment -  and caused them to be involved in a real fight!).
