Criminal Mugshots – Breathalyzer Mug Shot

Breathalyzer Mug Shot

Some criminal mugshots tell the whole story.  Take this guy for example,  he was arrested at Halloween time while dressed-up as a human breathalyzer.  Let me take a wild guess – public intoxication?

No – I was wrong – I checked into the background of this mugshot and found that it is of 18-year-old James Miller of Cincinnati Ohio.  Miller was spotted by police driving the wrong way out of the entrance to a one-way street.

When officers stopped him, they found him wearing this breathalyzer costume with a open container of Bud Light in his cup holder, a partial case of Bud Light on the passenger front seat and some more beer in the trunk.

Since his particular breathalyzer was not in working order – police used their own.  Miller was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Criminal Mugshots Can Make You Famous

Gold Sniffer

Criminal Mugshots - Paint Huffing

Criminal mugshots are forever and if you take an extremely funny one (like Patrick Tribett did) it is going to get some publicity.  Back in July of 2005, Tribett was busted in Bellaire, Ohio for “abusing harmful intoxicants” (huffing gold spray paint – it’s not that obvious is it?).  A Dollar General employee called police after Tribett came into the store with gold paint all over his hands and face (he was in need of a refill and purchased another can).  Beside the coating of spray paint, the police department report stated that he had “constricted pupils and a slow response to questions, and appeared to be under the influence”.

Anyway, he was arrested and had this mugshot taken.  (Besides paint huffing, his other hobbies include working out at the local Gold’s Gym, and spending time at home with his pet goldfish while watching his favorite NBA team – the Golden State Warriors ).

Now, after four years of public humiliation Tribett has obtained the services of lawyer H. John Rogers (ambulance chaser) to go after several businesses that have placed his photo on coffee mugs, t-shirts and other merchandise for sale.  Attorney Roger is preparing federal lawsuits against Amazon.com, Cafe Press and Chinese manufacturer Hot Toys.  Personally, I think a gold spray paint huffing mugshot t-shirt is a wonderful Christmas present.  Merry Christmas!
