Lindsay Lohan Mugshot

Lindsay Lohan was “Fully Loaded” and arrested in July of 2007.  Cops in Santa Monica, California spotted Lohan driving at a high speed (must have thought she was still driving Herbie) in her SUV while chasing another vehicle and was pulled-over.  She failed the sobriety test that was given to her and she was taken to the L.A. County lockup and had a pat-down search conducted on her.  The search revealed cocaine in her pants pocket (what else would you expect out of a wealthy 21 year old actress?).

She had her mugshot taken again in November of 2007 after she surrendered to serve a brief jail term for the drunk driving conviction that stemmed from the July incident.

Rip Torn Mug Shot - 2006

Drunk actor Elmore “Rip” Torn was arrested by the Connecticut State Police for breaking into a bank on Friday night.  The Litchfielf Bancorp building was the target of the plastered Torn and while breaking-in, he set off an alarm which notified the authorities.  When pounced-on by police, was found to be carrying a loaded revolver (did I happen to mention that he was extremely intoxicated?).

He was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief.

78 year old Rip is no stranger to police and the whole arrest experience – in December 2008 – he was arrested for drunken driving and then later escaped from jail.

Before that he was arrested twice in New York for drunk driving in which he was acquitted by a jury in 2004 and plead guilty in 2007 to boozing-it-up behind the wheel.

When not drinking an abundance of alcohol and getting arrested, Rip Torn has a job as an actor.  He has had roles in the movie “Dodgeball”, a number of appearances in the NBC comedy “30 Rock”, had a number of Best Supporting Actor Emmy nominations for the HBO sitcom “The Larry Sanders Show” and

many more roles going all the way back to when he had his 1956 film debut in the movie “Baby Doll”.

Leif Garrett Mug Shot

Leif Garrett – the former teen idol of the 1970′s was arrested on Monday morning (February 1st) at a downtown Los Angeles Metrolink station for possession of a controlled substance.  A little bit of black tar heroin was found in his shoe by police (Heroin? – no officer, that’s just my arch support insert prescribed by my doctor….ah…Dr. Scholls).

Garrett was jailed and held on a $10,000 bond.  It wasn’t until Wednesday morning that he was able to raise the money needed to post bail – his court date is now set for February 24.

Well known for years as having a drug problem, Garrett, was last arrested on the same subway line back in 2006 for possession of heroin and Quaaludes and spent three months in jail for failing to complete a drug rehab program.

He was arrested before that back in 2005 and 1999 – also for drug possession.  Besides trying to give the police the “run-around” during his arrests, his version of the song “Runaround Sue” reached to #13 in the U.S. pop music charts back in 1977.

Gary Coleman Mug Shot

Gary Coleman, the former child star from popular T.V. series ‘Diff’rent Strokes‘, was arrested on Sunday for domestic violence (What you talkin bout Willis!?).  Arrested in Sanaquin, Utah, Coleman was booked into the Utah County jail about  1:30 p.m. on one count of domestic assault. (the warrent for his arrest actually came from little old Gary missing a court date).

Coleman is still in jail at the moment and is working on posting the bail of $1,725 (Gary blew all of his money years ago).

In July of last year, Coleman’s wife, Shannon Price was arrested on a domestic violence charge. She had locked Coleman out of their house after she freaked-out on him and in the process tore apart the house and trashed furniture, clothes and more.  Price dropped the F-bomb on police and Coleman multiple times during her arrest (sounds lovely – doen’t she?).

Gary Coleman probably unleased a re-run of his own version of ‘Diff’rent Strokes’ to the side of his lovely bride’s noggin!  Since he’s short (no pun intended) on cash, he should have charged admission to that fight – it would’ve been better than midget wrestling!

Andy Dick Mugshot 2010

Comedian Andy Dick was arrested for grabbing a bouncer’s crotch early Saturday morning at the Rum Runner’s bar in Huntington, West Virginia.  Dick was in West Virginia this weekend to perform at the Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant in Huntington.  Court documents say that besides the crotch grabbing incident, he was also groping and kissing a male patron at the bar earlier in the morning.  (I’m not liking this paragraph – too many nasty words!).

Dick was charged with two counts of sexual abuse.  After his arrest, bail was set at $60,000 (which was paid by Funny Bone managing partner Tom Schaefer) and his preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 2.  Dick’s attorney, Jeff Rubenstein said, “Andy is stunned by these allegations and we are strongly denying any criminal conduct”.  (That bouncer was stunned too – when you grabbed his crotch!).

This is not the first time Dick has been in trouble with the law.  He was arrested in July of 2008 on drug and sexual battery charges in Murrieta, California.  He apparently was extremely intoxicated when he groped a 17 year old girl outside of a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.  He then pulled down her tank top and bra – exposing her breasts.  A Police search revealed marijuana and a Xanax pill in his pants pockets.  He was booked into the Southwest Detention Center on a $5000 bail.  (I think Dick has a problem).

Paris Hilton Mug Shot

Paris Hilton (the attention loving socialite & hotel heiress and best known for her reality show “The Simple Life“) was arrested in September of 2006 for drunk driving.  She said that she was “hungry and rushing to get a burger” when she was stopped (she needed something to soak-up all that alcohol in her stomach).  In November of 2006, her license was suspended and she was punished with 36 months’ probation with $1500 in fines (now how could she possibly afford that?).

In January of 2007, she was pulled over for driving with a suspended license and then in February, she was stopped by police for driving 70 mph in a 35 mph zone (and didn’t have her headlights on after dark – “That’s hot!”).

she was sentenced to 45 days in jail and began serving her time on June 5th.  Two days later she was released and put on 40 days of home confinement with an electronic monitoring device due to an unspecified medical condition (the medical condition was – “Richcelebritiitis”).  A few days later and after a few legal fights and public outrage, Hilton was sent back to jail to finish out her sentence.

For most celebrities, this would instantly be bad press and would do damage to their image.  But for Hilton, it just seemed to give her a career boost and make her more famous.

Katt Williams

Comedian Katt Williams (whose real name is Micah Williams) got into a little trouble with the law last month.  He was arrested by Georgia sheriff’s deputies and charged with burglary and criminal trespass.  The burglarized house that Williams is accused of breaking into was a horse farm in rural west Georgia (owned by record producer Barry Hankerson).

By the sounds of the whole situation, it looks like Williams was actually staying as a guest at the home when an employee of the record producer discovered that some jewelry was missing ($3,500 worth).  Williams was accused of the theft by the employee and they got into an argument.  The employee then filed a police report as if Williams had broken into the home with a crowbar (and Katt was arrested and got these lovely pictures taken while being booked in a jail near Atlanta).

Katt Williams and his attorney William Briggs deny any wrong doing in the incident.  “Mr. Williams wears more than that in jewelry on his person,” Briggs said in a statement to defend his client (maybe the $3,500 in jewelry that he just stole and the $5,000 worth that he stole a few months ago – you’re right Briggs, that does add up to more!).

38 year old Williams lives in California and was in Georgia for about a month while filming a movie produced by Hankerson. He is the star of movies such as “Friday After Next” and “Norbit” with Eddie Murphey.  He also does voice overs on cartoons such as “The Boondocks“.  Some of his future goals include competing with Mr T. in the “Most ridiculous – looking jewelry contest”.

Charlie Sheen spent part of Christmas day in jail.  44 year old Sheen was arrested a little after 11:00 a.m. after police responded to a 911 call about a report of domestic violence.  (The word on the street was that Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller had been having some significant marital problems prior to this incident).

Spending Christmas in their rented $7.5 million dollar house in Aspen, Colorado, apparently the star of CBS‘s “Two and a Half Men” got into a little Christmas day argument with his wife and things got out of hand.  After police arrived, Sheen was taken into custody and taken to the Pitkin County Jail on suspicion of second-degree assault and menacing, both felonies, along with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.  He was later released after posting a $8,500 bond.

A source close to his wife said that the arrest came after he shoved Brooke as they argued bitterly (that’s one big expensive shove).  At this time, it’s not known whether the fight started over who was going to open presents first or if Sheen took offense over Mueller’s comment on his Christmas morning bunny slippers.

Haley Joel Osment Mug Shot

As a young boy, Haley Joel Osment starred in the movie “The Sixth Sense” with Bruce Willis.  As a man-boy at 18 years old he was featured in this mug shot after he crashed his 1996 Saturn station wagon in July of 2006.

The accident hospitalized Osment for a short time with minor injuries and caused him to be charged with drunk driving and marijuana possession.  It has been reported that right before he wrecked the car, he sat-up, looked at himself in the rear-view mirror and said “I see drunk people”.

In October of 1999, Matthew McConaughey was disturbing his neighbor with the extremely loud music that was pounding out of his house.

The police were called and McConaughey was found dancing around his house naked and playing the bongos (marijuana and other drug paraphernalia were found at the scene).

The actor ended up pleading guilty to violating the noise ordinance in Austin, Texas and only had a fine of $50 to pay (all right, all right!).
