Charlie Sheen spent part of Christmas day in jail. 44 year old Sheen was arrested a little after 11:00 a.m. after police responded to a 911 call about a report of domestic violence. (The word on the street was that Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller had been having some significant marital problems prior to this incident).
Spending Christmas in their rented $7.5 million dollar house in Aspen, Colorado, apparently the star of CBS‘s “Two and a Half Men” got into a little Christmas day argument with his wife and things got out of hand. After police arrived, Sheen was taken into custody and taken to the Pitkin County Jail on suspicion of second-degree assault and menacing, both felonies, along with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was later released after posting a $8,500 bond.
